if you were going to buy a under $100 TV turner/Video capture card, which one would you get?

Are you looking for something that is a video card & capture device?

if just capture i would go for the ati tv wonder ve. i've heard it does decent when capturing in virtual dub using huffy codec. although dont use the drivers that come with it.

if looking for a combo go with a higher end ATI all in wonder card.

Your opening up a can of worms here ...

I am a fan of the ATI-TV Wonder PCI or VE. From my personal review and on my system, at the under 100$ marker, its half dozen one of the other. They are all pretty much the same. Make sure that the capture card does both mpeg and TRUE AVI capture and is compatible with your OS (some people have had issues with the cap card and XP (and pre 98 SE OS's)
