  2. Hi Dozer,

The way I do it: I installed the wma-audioextension within MacOS9 en told DivX-Doctor(II) to open in Classic.
You can change this behaviour within the info-panel of the DDII.

I can sent you the WMA-audioextension if you like (286.608 Bytes).

  4. There was a problem. Before I STARTED in divx doctor I got this:

I just tryed to watch the movie and there's still NO audio even with the wma extension.. WTF?? When divx doctor fixes it, does it make another copy somewhere or does it just fix it? Well I searched my HD anyways and there was no other copy. So something is wrong. That message I got before I ran divx doctor, what does it mean? and how can I fix this shit so I can play my avi's WITH wma audio? Someone please help a fella out. 8) [/img]

I believe that the WMA audio codec just allows for DIVX Doctor and such programs to deal with WMA audio files. First of all, the DIVX Doctor makes a copy of the file and turns the copy into a .mov able to be played through Quicktime. I don't think that it effects the .avi original file. Don't worry about the message, just press the "Ahuh" button. Your audio should automatically decompress by the nature of the program I think. If you follow through with the entire process, you should get a .mov file that will play fine. Remember though, you must do this conversion with OS 9 because the codec isn't supported on OS X. If I made any mistakes, please don't feel hesitant to correct me, anyone on this forum.
