I am trying to use VCD easy since everyone says its so easy to use.
But as soon as i start up i get a message stating "CDRDAO is disabled by default, as I am not sure it will work with your ASPI drivers. "
when i try to enable it and restart it, it still doesnt see my burner. I have seen the VCDEasy tutorial on this site and it says to downlload ASPI drivers. It has been screwing my system. I have tried this on serveral computers with several burners, and some burners are old, others are really new.
So whats going on?

(1) Download and install the ASPI drivers in ForceASPI: http://www.vcdhelp.com/tools Make sure you reboot immediately after you install them. These have worked flawlessly for me on both Win98SE and WinXP.
(2) If you can't get CDRDAO working (it woulds with essentially all modern IDE burners), you can always use VCDEasy to create CUE/BIN images and then burn that with something else (e.g., CDRWin).

Do you have another CD burning program?
I don't use CDRDAO. I just use VCDEasy to create bin/cue files and then burn with Nero.
