Why not invest in WinDVD? WMP is notorious for showing SVCD files at the improper aspect ratio ( ie it shows everything at 1:1 ).

Because i want to watch it with WinMediaPlayer - i already wrote that.
What do i need to download to make it appear in the correct size? -
FinalFn take it from me, WMP is CRAP when it comes to playing SVCD's.
You would better using the likes of WinDVD or PowerDVD to watch the SVCD's.
At least with them, you will be able to watch them properly without having to worry about Crappy resolution and the Audio going out of sync which it will do, even with the Mpeg2 codec for windows media player which is in the TOOLS section on the left.
As far as i know you can't change the apsect ratio in WMP.
But it's your choiceI Have Always Been Here

Look for Media Player Classic, you can change the aspect ratio yourself. It's custom made, not from Microsoft.
Also for some reason my Windows Media Player plays SVCD's in 4:3, not it's 480x480 size. Odd, I don't know how that started.
