Need help on Pioneer 350 hack!

I have Palm m105 and OR pro 2.02 installed (trial). I tried (100 times) what Zaphod, TomZ, Theo and portney suggested (see Pioneer 454 hack). But nothing seems to work. Code 0049 is always altered to 0048. I'm not so familiar with Palms etc. so could you guys help me!

BTW, how do I check the firmware? I have model 350.

If you just want to view DVDs from a different region to that of your player, then use my method described in the post:

'All PIONEER Owners, want REGION FREE - w/no hardware mods?!?'

It's roughly a day old so you'll only need to scroll down the listy a bit.

It'll work providing your Pioneer has a 'search/search mode' button on the remote.

If you want to disable macrovision - well, I cant help you there. Please vote 'yes' on the poll connected to my post, if this regionfree method works for you.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

The original method posted on my first Pioneer region bypass does is not correctly described, until now - it has been altered. If anyone has tried to use this technique without success, please try again with the revised description.
