I want to capture some old VHS tapes and make a DVD and just wondering can I capture the footage with Virtuldub and edit with Pinnicle 8 and then save the file as a avi without rendering it? I want to use TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 to convert it to Mpeg2 and not pinnacle because It never comes out right. Thank's for any info you all can give.
