I have a DAT file that is 25fps (PAL) and I want to convert it to NTSC so I can play it on my DVD/VCD Player. Should I convert it to NTSC or NTSC film using TMPGenc? NTSC is 29fps, NTSCFilm is 23.976fps, which one will I lose more quality on? Wont the movie and audio spped up if it is NTSC 29 fps? What do you suggest and recommend?
