mepegs have no sound

after i am done capturing my mpegs the playbacks have no sound no matter what software i use to play them or what software i use for capture?? this is strange?? help please thanx

How did you capture the MPEGs and what cables were used to input your video/audio into your system?

whoops sorry
MMC 7.6 and used the regular rca inputs adapter that came with the aiw 7500(the big purple cable that plugs into the card). i am captring tv shows off my tivo, i have the sound to watch and capture but the palyback does not have the sound.

Go into your system settings and check the RECORDING Volume (not the regular volume) settings. Make sure the device you are using is checked, and the recording level is set high enough.

i have used both mmc 7.6 and ulead movie factory same results both ways,

And how do you route the sound from your capture video into your system?

never mind got it , downloaded divx and boom everything is cool thanx though capone
