    I have been trying to help a friend start using ffmpeg. However whenever he starts up the encode he gets this:

    unclecoey: Welcome to Darwin!
    unclecoey: pbpaste | sh
    unclecoey: [localhost:~] root# pbpaste | sh
    unclecoey: zsh: permission denied: /usr/bin/mpeg2enc

    What is he doing wrong? I'm figuring it is something with mpegenc, even tho he did the install.

    Open the Terminal application and enter this command

    ls -l /usr/bin/mpeg2enc

    which result do you obtain?
