hi,
sorry for this post: this may have been asked bfor, but i'm so lost.
I wanna make an mpeg from a TV show that i captured thru Ati TV wonder. but it turns out to be a bit jerky in scenes with a lot of movement.
Here's my captured avi:
512x384, ntsc, 23.976fps
What settings in Tmpgenc would give me a smooth video? should i change the capture format?
thank u,
keifir

If you're in NTSC territory, go for something like 640x480, 29.970fps, then you can reencode later and get good results. If you're in pal, then go for 640x576 25fps.
