Going through the pricegrabber link here at the site while looking for some CD-RW media (cause that's all my Panasonic DV30 will play) I found this:

    http://vcdhelp.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php?masterid=440490&search=cd-rw%20medi...e3a5a138af8b64

It's still on the expensive side but looks like you could fit most movies on just one.

I'm pretty sure you need a special burner to burn those, and I dont think they are playable on any dvd players. Since dvd recordable devices and the media are getting cheaper I dont really see these high capacity cdrw's as ever becoming popular.

  3. I've checked your link, that media is the Sony specific DDCD format, nothing can read that media except the Sony CDRW, and only a specific model, which i'm not sure but I think it's the 200 model.
