Is there some way of teling dvd workshop which menu item/button to highlight when the menu appears. It seems to make it up itself. Is it the first button created ? is it the most left hand button ?.
I've already tried making my choice of highlighted button the last selected item on the menu design screen before authoring, but it makes no difference.
There seems to be no logic behind it.
