  1. What settings / templates can i use in TMPG to ensure that i will encode all DVDs that are 2hrs + (120min - 130min) to fit on 1 80 min CD?

Currently.. i'm trying to get spiderman to fit on 1 cd using KVCD templates.. but i'm having no luck.. the file size manages to break 800megs.

    Any suggestions? Comments.? Better templates?

    thanks

For an exact filesize using the KVCD templates I usually change the Tmpgenc setting to 2pass VBR instead of CQ. Using this and a bitrate calculator you can predict the filesize very accurately.
Now of course Kwag will disagree with this method but it does work and in fact I've even done Spiderman in this way. It amy be possible to get better quality with CQ but be assured this will look just fine.

p.s. Kwags templates rock. I just used his SKVCD to do star wars ep 2 with dual audio tracks on 2 cds and it looks awesome!!!
