    When i am converting my avi's to mpg's, the widescreen turns into a fullscreen when the encoding is done. i use TMPG Encoder. when i convert, i want the final mpg to be widescreen how do i do that???

    Under settings->Advanced in tmpgenc be sure to select full screen(keep aspect ratio) and use the file->preview to see how it looks before you start encode.
