    I have a ATI TV PCI Capturing.
    I capture films form my camcorder and edit with Adobe Premiere and other programs.
    But to participate in some video festival, I need to send a VHS tape.
    So, I would like to know, How Can I do it? Is it possible with my capturing card? If not, what I need to have to do this?

    In order to output from your system to VHS you will need either a scan converter or a video card with TV-Out.

    You may want to look at ComputerGeeks.com. I believe they had some video cards with TV-Out that were selling for very reduced prices.

    you are outta luck.

    Look for a cheap card with TV output
    Here's one i used to use before i got my asus7700

    it worked OK.
