    Hello
    im trying to back up my DVD with DVDx 2.0, the problem is when i select the dvd root, i select the longest one, i get a MPEG2de: error during decoder initalisation?

    I use DVDx with other DVDs without a problem, except for this one.

    is there any way to fix this problem?

    short answer is that it happens sometimes. Have you tried this with CladXP or dvd2svcd? I have had problems at times with one ripper and then the other ripper rips the dvd just fine.
