    k i have an avi file that is 29.971 frames per second and i need to normalize it to convert to svcd and i cant seem to find a totroial on this site that will show me how if there is one and i just couldnt find it thewn a link to that page will do fine

    convert it to mpeg2 using tmpgenc and select the ntsc template. theres a guide on how to use tmpgenc on this site.
