    whenever i try to play the avi i downloaded it wont work. the sound works but the video doesnt. i ran it in virtualdub and it says this,

    "Couldn't locate decompressor for format 'XVID' (unknown) VirtualDub requires a Video for Windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video. DirectShow codecs, such at those used by Windows Media Player, are not suitable."

    Can anyone help me!?!?!?!?!?
