Hey,
I've captured (DV) 20 minutes from my Video recorder through my DV cam and into Ulead video studio 4 SE. Plays in Windows media player. Render to MPG in the above program. Plays all the way through in media player. I burn a VCD in Easy CD creator 4 Deluxe and it says burn successful. The VCD plays perfectly for about 8 minutes and then stops.
The data is only about 320 Megs in length.

Also the first time I did it I burnt a 683 Meg file on a 700 Meg CD and noticed when burning that the display that says how many MB's left to burn started at about 750 MB.
