    Super Audio CD and DVD-A, how do i rip the audio from these? what about additional video on DVD-A?

    I would like to know to, you can rip the dd 5.1 with smartripper, i authored one and it worked perfectly, its the high resolution audio thats the problem, i think it has decss 2 copy protection.
