  1. I recorded several TV shows onto a DVD-R using Panasonic DMR E-30 dvd video recorder and the finalized dvd-r plays fine in the DMR 30 but has problems on my PS2. Everything is fine until it gets to a certain point then it pauses for a bit and then the audio goes out of sync. I also have a Phillips dvd 701 player that won't play these DVD-R but it will play DVD+R. Anyway, I've noticed some sync problems when I played a CVD on my phillips. It would play fine then the audio would gradually get out of sync then it would pause for a little bit then catch up. I've also noticed that DVD+Rs that I play pause for a brief time but nothing goes out of sync and everytime I play that same movie it pauses in a different spot.

So, from all this gobble de gook that I've written, I'm having sync problems. I'm really concerned about my PS2 not playing the DVD-R that my DMR 30 recorded though.

    Any solutions or ideas?

  3. Well, I can play them but it'll freeze for a bit and then play with audio out of sync at the exact same spots. I tried playing an 8 cm DVD-R disc that I recorded with my Hitachi DVD camcorder on my PS2 and it works fine. I don't know what the problem is with the DMR E30.
