    i am trying to encode a ripped movie. when i tried to set the input settings, i keep getting this error: "MPEG2Dec:Error during decoder initialisation"

    what does this mean?

    You sould first open the movie with Win DVD or Power DVD, let it play a few seconds and then close the programm! After that you can open with DVDx your DVD root and input settings!
