how do i create an autorun cd-rom?

hi all,

i have a .RAM video which i want to autorun when i put the cd in, and i want it to play through real one player. i know the video and the player have to be on the cd and the autorun file but i don't know how i create that autorun file and what it should say. i know you write it in notepad but what should it say and what file type should it be saved in?

Now after the word start you'll need to add the text to run realplayer with the file on the CD. This is where you'll have to dig.
