CCESP 6.2

I am trying to use CCESP 6.2 to do some conversions on AVI files. When I load the AVI into CCE and try to convert, it gives me an error stating something like "error processing, looking for 0 bits but found 8 bits" or something like that. The files are created but they are all hosed up and sometimes 0kbs. Does anyone know what is causing this and what the remedy would be. Its crazy, maybe I have some settings wrong or something. I am able to process all my avi files with the CCE lite encoder. Also, I have another trial version of CCESP 2.5 but it keeps putting logos on my files wheny they are processed...anyone know how to get around this or get rid of the logo. It puts it right smack dab in the middle of my mpeg files.
