  1. I have a movie that I have tried to encode with both TMPG and Panasonic. Every time the audio is ahead of the video. In other words, you hear them speak, then a second or two later the mouths move. What can I do to correct this. I am unsure of what settings to use in Virtual Dub when I rip the audio to save as a wav. Please help

    Two ways:

    Either use virtual Dub and save as Wave, then open in Wave editor and add as much silenc ein the beginning of the WAve as it needs to be in sync. This takes a bit of work. Then use the wave as Audio Source in TMPGenc.
    OR...
    The easiest is to just use TMPGenc and use the Source Range filter and add a few ms in the Audio Delay Correction field.
