Is there any program out there so I can split up a 800mb mpeg file so I can fit them onto two discs? I need to do this so I can actually fit the movie on a CD. Thanks

A lot of programs do. The one I use (besides TMPGEnc) is Ulead Video Studio 6. You are using the latest TMPGEnc, right?
Hello. -
Yea but it doesnt want to recognize my MPEG -2 I have Attack of the Clones in 3 mpg parts, but it says its an unsupported format yet I can burn it onto a Super Video CD using nero, but it wont fit onto one disk.

And you did this step, right?
If you get an error message when opening the video or audio like file unsupported
or you get an empty(black) video preview window
or the video look wierd in the video preview window like green or purple or pink
Be sure that you have installed the DivX Codecs (both DivX 3.11, 4 and 5) and also try with the Nimo Codec Pack. If that does not work try to change the codec reader settings in TMPGEnc under Option->Environmental settings->VFAPI plug-in and right click on the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader and increase the priority to 1 or 2 and try open the video.Hello. -
Yea I tried that step and nothing happened, when I just try to load it as the source file it says unsupported, god this program is pissing me off, there has to be a different program.

Get out of TMPGE.....then go back in again.
Repeat above except use the Part 1 cut-off point as starting point for Part 2 ...move slider to desired start point > click { icon > Move slider to end of movie > click } icon > ok > Browse > Type in location(movie-2.mpg) > run."Today is only yesterdays tomorrow" -
See for some odd reason when I burn my Star Wars Episode 2 MPG onto the SVCD it stutters throughout the whole movie. Tommyknocker by any chance do you know how you would go about fixing this? I was thinking by doing the VCD header trick would help that but it did not. Any ideas?
