I am rather new to conversion to mpeg. I am converting DV to mpeg via Cinemacraft 2.6.2 via Premiere 6 Plugin. All the output has jagged video in areas of high motion. I have tried both mpeg1 and mpeg2 streams (and Ligos codec as well) with no discernable difference in the jagged output. How do I avoid this phenomenon?
