Hello, I am thinking of purchasing a very rare DVD that is in the PAL format, Region 0.
What I want to do is burn this PAL DVD to DVDr - NTSC so I can watch it on my Canadian DVD player with my Canadian TV.
Is there a process needed in order to convert PAL to NTSC?
Will I lose any quality?
