    Hi i am just wondering how do i lower the bitrate of a svcd movie, doest bitrate meen the frame rate in other words the wide screen box that the movie is played in on your dvd player????

    And finaly is it inportant to use that calculator doing this and if so why, any tips on helping me reduce the sixe of a svcd movie so i can fit it on a maxine of 2 cd,s would be of greate help.

    u already asked this question 7 times and were answered

    bite rate = data rate per second (as in CBR or VBR or CQ bit rate -- for example VCD has a bit rate of 1150)

    frame rate = frames of a video per second (as in 25 pal or 29.97 ntsc)

    there are good guides to the left - not to sound cruel but read a few of those first ...
