    I downloaded a movie off of Kazaa as an AVI and when I convert it using TPMG and now it has this red tint that comes and goes. Everything gets reddish and then goes back to normal, it is bothering me. Is there any fix for that?

    Find another download. Yours has macrovision.

    Every movie I burn does this. It has to be something when I am converting it. Is there a setting?

    Try this:
    Be sure that you have installed the DivX Codecs (both DivX 3.11, 4 and 5) and also try with the Nimo Codec Pack. If that does not work try to change the codec reader settings in TMPGEnc under Option->Environmental settings->VFAPI plug-in and right click on the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader and increase the priority to 1 or 2 and try open the video.
