Hello!
Im editing an already vcd compatible file on premiere, simply because Im adding a fade-in/fade-out effect. I import the mpeg, do all the edit stuff, and then I export it as .mov, but when I play it there is no sound to the movie. Why does this happen? Shall I export the sound file from the original mpg (as .wav for example) and import it as well into premiere? I think when I import the mpg file the sound file comes as well, right?
Can anyone help me?![]()

When you export make sure that the export sound option is checked...it is very easy to over look!

I have checked that option but still no sound in the final movie. I think I might be doing something wrong in the export process: I choose to "export" and then "movie", and there's an other option that says "export" and then "audio", so im thinking I may be exporting the movie timeline only. How can I export both to create a mov file with both audio and video? I see other options such has print to video and other stuff, what shall I do? Im a newbie at premiere...

I also see that it exists an "export clip" option but its not avaliable, what is that?
