  1. Hello!

Im editing an already vcd compatible file on premiere, simply because Im adding a fade-in/fade-out effect. I import the mpeg, do all the edit stuff, and then I export it as .mov, but when I play it there is no sound to the movie. Why does this happen? Shall I export the sound file from the original mpg (as .wav for example) and import it as well into premiere? I think when I import the mpg file the sound file comes as well, right?

    Can anyone help me?

When you export make sure that the export sound option is checked...it is very easy to over look!

  3. I have checked that option but still no sound in the final movie. I think I might be doing something wrong in the export process: I choose to "export" and then "movie", and there's an other option that says "export" and then "audio", so im thinking I may be exporting the movie timeline only. How can I export both to create a mov file with both audio and video? I see other options such has print to video and other stuff, what shall I do? Im a newbie at premiere...
