I have only 12 vhs tapes to convert to DVd or SVCd .
What would be a good card to give me quality transfer.
where can i get it at the lowest price .
or if some one was a second hand card that would fit the bill.
Its the same old problem small job and dont want to pay the earth to get the job done
the other problem I live in the rip off country Australia so I will have to import is I guess from USA
