  1. ok I've looked through the forums for my answer and haven't found it...in the help guide on here for converting to vcd, the second screen in the wizard shows "1:1 (VGA)" in aspect ratio, is this the right setting? Is there a better setting for getting rid of pixles? Is there another way? I've seen the crap in, crap out phrase used on every question similar to this, but I've also seen some help that I couldn't figure out how to make it work for me...I'm sure there's a way to condense the pixles or something to fix this, any help would be much appreciated

    It is true you can only do so much with the source video. But you are not completely powerless. Use these settings in TMPGEnc to help clearup your video. Good luck!
