I have a Panasonic DMR-E20. If I record a movie onto a DVD-RAM disc (more editing options) how do I rip it on the computer? I need to get it into a format that SpruceUp can recognize. tia

Hey Tia. Getting the video off of the DVD-RAM (.VRO files), editing them on your computer and burning them to DVD-R has been discussed at great length here:
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=18
This forum is mainly for hardware but the Panasonic E & HS series are discussed a lot.
Try these threads:

And the first couple of pages of:

(particularly of comments from Vferrari)
Good luck!
