    As says in the subject header, you may or may know if you can get hold of the 30 day reset counter that was released for TMEGnc 12c you can use it on 12i if your 30 days is nearly up.

    Giving you the option of continuing to use 12i instead of downloading the latest version when it's avialable for download.

    You can also re-downloaded TMPGEnc (same version or so) and 're-install' it. If that doesn't work, then just do a 'fresh-install' by deleting your entire TMPGEnc directory and installing TMPGEnc again.

    It would certainly reset the 30 day counter.
