how to split a 1.83GB MPEG ?

I have a 1.83GB Mpeg file that I want to split in 3 to fit in 650MB CDs ... What is the best program to do this procedure ?

the easist way to do it use tmpegs merge & cut facility! U can see where U wanna make the cut & also make sure U overlap your splits.
