    When TMPGEnc has downloaded, I get an error message saying

    "Unable to open the specified file. Either you do not have sufficient permissions to open the file for reading, or the file may be damaged"

    Am I being stupid, is something wrong with my PC, or does anyone know if there is something wrong with the download at the moment?
