    when i convert an AVI movie to MPEG in TMPG encoder 2.58 i don't get any picture. i hear the sound in the movie but i don't see any picture.

    earlier when i converted movies i work without any problems, anyone that has any clue about what's wrong?

    you're missing a codec, dll some codec pack(i suggest you use the NIMO codec pack, you'll find that under TOOLS in this site)
