    I HAVE PAL MPG FILES IN GOOD QUALITY AND I WANTED TO KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO CONVERT THEM MPG NTSC!!

    Yes, but re-encoding MPEGs (unless they are really high quality ones) and PAL <--> NTSC conversions are generally not recommended unless you really have to do it...

    What are you trying to acheive?
