  1. I have an ATI All in wonder 128 Pro with MMC 7.1.
I record some video tape in MPG1 to have VCD.
I use Video bit rate of 2.00M bits / sec. to have a better quality.
I can burn the MPG1 with Nero without problem. Until that everything is fine.
My problem is when I want to cut a part of the MPG1, when I want to trim it. I tried to use TMPGEnc Tools, MyFlix, Video Studio, ... and with all of them I have the same problem. The voices and the images are not anymore synchronized in the resulted MPG1.
I think it's because of my bitrate which is not standard. The original file is well synchronize and each time I try to edit it, the result is not synchronise.
Any idea ? Which tools can I use ? Or which configuration do I have to use in TMPGEnc ?
Thanks in advance for your help

to its not your bitrate or your computer. alot of times when you capture and edit video and then save it, the audio will fall out of sync.

only tip i can give you for you problem is: save the audio and video files seperately. then use tmpgnec to combine the audio and video files in a mpeg file.

    hope this helps.

I've had this problem come up when capturing with ATI's software directly to MPEG then importing to VideoStudio. Try capturing with VideoStudio and editing with VideoStudio and you shouldn't have an audio problem.

I'm having the same problem and I think it has to do with the hardware MPEG encoder ATI uses. The sad thing is that ATI has a good VCR utility which I want to use while TempEnc and VideoStudio do not.

If anyone knows a simple way around this, please let me know. Thanks.
