Hello,
I use SmartRipper first. Then use DVDx to generate the MPEG for an SVCD (480X480 29.97 NTSC). When I burn the SVCD (with VCDEasy) and play it. Video is fine but sound is choppy. This does not happen when making a VCD.
I searched older messages but couldn't find a direct answer. There was something about changing the audio bitrate to 2920 (or something around that) but the bitrate options on the output settings of DVDx end at 384. So I probably misunderstood somthing.
Thanks
Kevin
