    when going to "save project" I get the popup box "video compression" with several options including:
    MS MPEG-4 3688V1, V2, OR V3
    some PICVIDEO options
    no recompression
    or Full frames (uncompressed)

    Which option do i go for please

    its ok answered my own question, was pressing save file instead of project
