    i have downloaded the tmpg file and when i go to try to open it i get a message

    WINDOWS CAN NOT OPEN THIS FILE
    TMPGENC.ACF

    HELP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

    ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE

    Why would you want to open it in Windows ?, are you saying the zip file cannot extract it ?

    The file is just simple text and can be opend in Notepad
