i have windows xp and i downloaded vcdeasy 1.1.2................i try to enable the cdrdao and it won/t.......also aspi seems valid NO
what can i do to get this to work

i have updated my aspi drives or so i thought..................................

Search this forum for "vcdeasy" there are many posts with problems of this type. You may need to re-install after you updated your ASPI layer drivers.

Adaptec have "ASPICHK" which will check your system for correct and matching drivers. The link below is to the official Adaptec ASPI drivers.

Read the files that come with it.

You can install with a /FORCE command, to force an update.
