My brother's computer has a LG DRD-8120 DVD-ROM.
When I try to play 2 of my DVDs(Meritline -R and -RW), with video family and a file backup, it show a message: No Disk in drive.
In the file explorer, the drive shows no disk either.
With a printed disk, there's no problem.
The DVD burner is a Pioneer 104.
Any one know why? Firmware version?

This drive does not support DVD-R/RW. I have one and there was never a F/W that was released to support these formats.
