1 year warranty manufacturer *BUT* I've purchased a 1 year SERVICE PLAN when I bought it at Circuit City for $129. I paid $9.99 for the Service Plan. I confirmed w/ Circuit City that if I were to sell it to someone else, and if the unit were to have problems, that the new owner of this unit w/ the receipt (which I'll provide) can bring it to ANY Circuit City for service! I will provide you with the RECEIPTS of purchase, receipts for the 1 year service plan from Circuit City to get it repaired if need be, I've also gotten the unit "re-aligned / adjusted" by Circuit City w/ my service plan to ensure there was no 'freezing' or 'flaky' playback. Plays PERFECTLY for me w/ all types of generic CD-R, CD-RW and VCD/SVCD and even XVCD (w/ header trick).
