  1. I have captured a video from my vhs to the pc and made a mpg vcd of it

But now i found out that sometimes the audio and the video isn synchron, but most times in the video it is. Can i do something about it so they can be synchron, without having to capture it again, which i can because the vhs tape is broken

Well, what software are you using? I guess the easist thing to do is to somehow separate the audio and video, and manually re-sync them. Tell me what software you use, and I can try to help you separate them.

  3. For the seperation i'm willing to use tmpgenc.

But if i would separete it and then, bring it back together, it should be synch?

Well, just separating and replacing the sound wont quite cut it... You must manually fix the sound. You have to think, both the audio and video are separate tracks. There is too much or too little of one of the tracks, and you must fill in the gap.

I use Adobe Priemiere for all my editing, and it's very easy to do this. I'm not sure if tmpgenc is capable of doing this, so you may have to get some other software.
