    hello,
    i recently downloaded some anime in avi format, i really liked the series and wanted to convert them to vcd to be able to watch them on my dvd player. i've searched the board on this topic but couldnt find a specific answer to this question, what's the best program/settings, in your opinion, for converting avi anime to vcd, or svcd (if that's possible)?

    the series is called XTV
    each episode is around 230MB
    Audio: MPEG Layer-3,128 kBit/s, 48,000 Hz, Stereo
    Video: 640 x 480, 33925 Frames, 23.976 Frames/Sec, 177 KB/Sec, Unknown Format

    Use TMPGEnc AVI > VCD (Load VCD template)
