There is no such thing as an "AVCD".
It is just an ordinary VCD 2.0 with CD-DA tracks (which is supported in the specs).
If you search for "AVCD" however on the forums, you will find your answer.
One involves using VCD Toolkit and the other Fireburner.

No guide exists.
As I stated in my first post, use the "Search" function on the top of this page and put in "AVCD".
There have been previous fairly recent posts on how to do this.
