Encodes mpeg1 images at 42k
NTSC 352x240 or 704x480
PAL 352x288 or 704x576

SVCD
Encodes mpeg2 images at 200k
NTSC 480x480 or 704x480
PAL 480x576 or 704x576

Requirements
Must be in the same folder as MissingMpegTools
MediaPipe and the MPEGEncoder pipe must be compiled
A temporary build folder is created on the Desktop,
make sure you have enough hard drive free space.

Know Bugs
High resolution svcd seems to be most reliable
All images should be same size
No correction for vertical aligned images
